Having embarked on the journey of mindfulness for 8 weeks with a day of retreat (THIS RETREAT WAS SO AWESOME!!), it has definitely impacted and changed my life in many ways. Being a beginner to mindfulness, I was totally clueless. However with 8 weeks, the classes were carefully planned and paced out by the facilitator so that the exposure was gradual, with in depth understanding, practises and follow up. Thank you for the well planned, and well thought syllabus.

A wake up call on my X-ray spine report stated significant narrowing of the L5-S1 disc space, I had bad sciatica pain and lower back injury that I can't move much for about 3 mths. I knew nothing on yoga, but was able to follow through easily with Danica's attentive and observant guidance. Her yoga therapeutics classes are tailored to my existing injuries/condition, and also supported my current lifestyle (eg: stiff neck/shoulders/waist from long hours working). Physically, I've since recovered to resume daily lifestyle and outdoor activities. My mobility have improved (felt "well oiled" in my joints/movement), in fact - much better than before I was injured. There's also the mind aspect where it felt centered/calm, relaxed, clarity and balanced. One thing led to another - where I also enrolled on the MBSR course facilitated by Danica. The course had helps to broaden my horizons and is one of the best investment that I’ve made, one with infinite returns. I highly recommend this MBSR course, to those that want to level up in both their personal & work life. Overall, I endorsed Danica/Six Spac on the programs offer.

Have been doing yoga therapeutics with Danica for more than a year now and I look forward to every class. Each lesson is carefully planned and specifically catered to my needs and yet Danica remains flexible to change depending on how I feel on the day itself. I especially love how refreshed I feel after each lesson - it never fails to start my day right. Through yoga, I have also gained greater mobility and stability, as well as a more composed mind - all of which have contributed to improvements in my sports performance. Apart from yoga, I also had the opportunity to join a 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course which was conducted by Danica. It was definitely my most eye-opening experience and has brought about considerably change in my life (for the better!). The course requires a lot of commitment, but it is very very very worthwhile! Overall, the passion that Danica displays whilst teaching as well as her constant encouragement has made my journey with yoga and MBSR a lot more memorable. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone looking for a safe space to improve both physical and mental well-being. Thank you Danica & Six Spac!

MBSR is a well-paced course for anyone keen to learn meditation with proper guidance and support. While we may have quick access to meditation practices on the Internet, the lack of intention and direction could often leave one feeling confused and overwhelmed. The consistency of our weekly classes, short discussions, and home practices allowed me to put the theory into action. I am able to articulate my thoughts and feelings without judgements and expectations. With Danica's patience and guidance, I have now created a slower and much more meaningful rhythm of life. In addition, enriched my personal toolbox of meditation practices to do daily. The reflective prompts are also extremely useful whenever I meet a difficult situation. Highly recommend this course to anyone keen to embark on a journey of mindful living!

Even as I count myself as someone who is rather stress-free, this is still one of the best investment! I completed my MBSR course a few months ago and am still reaping the benefits today. It's amazing how it can be applied to so many aspects of my life. Going through the course allowed me deep dive into some issues that the happy-go-lucky me didn't even know it existed but necessary to be understood and healed. The way the course is conducted is so respectful of personal spaces yet intimate enough such that we could learn from each other's experiences. The group size is perfect such that the quality of your experience will be assured. And I have to account the holism, depth and positivity of my experience to my facilitator, Danica. Very skillful, knowledgeable and can totally tell she's backed by pure dedication and passion in helping people lead more purposeful lives. Sometimes, you just know certain people have the knack and magic to be doing what they do. And definitely, this is true for her. So, thank you!!

My mindfulness sessions with Danica was a life changing experience. Danica was very patient and open, as well as calmly holding space for all participants. The course was also very well planned, with concise presentation of concepts as well as physical and mental practices that slowly introduces beginners to simple, realistic mindfulness practices we can all cultivate in daily life.

For me, one of the biggest takeaway from this MBSR course is that I was able to hear and appreciate the heartfelt sharing of personal experiences from fellow participants and our instructor, Danica. I am grateful to be able to benefit from their open and honest sharing. Kudos to Danica for creating a safe environment, with her calming presence, for us to share.
