 It is convenient to pick up a car at Xingbo Airport, but please pay attention to picking up the car at T1. If you get off at T2, take the sky train to T1
To return the car, you need to park T2 2B, but the navigation set T2 departure enters the parking lot from the left 2B before the intersection to Departure

β β β β β I received an email on the 1st of june stating that they will charge me $214(including gst) for the cleaning fees as they found ashes and ciggerate smell in the car where as i am not a smoker. I do not recommend this car rental to the people our there!!

β β β β β Avoid, they appear to be a scam operation. I booked and paid for my 3 week rental through a 3rd party website giving my flight details when I booked. The flight was 45 minutes late and the luggage was a bit slow. When I turned up at the desk (after 13 hr flight) they told me they had βrented my car to someone elseβ because I was late. They did have one other (and only one) another βidenticalβ car available but it was much more money. I would have to sacrifice my original booking and book afresh with them. The person photoed was unable to show me this Sixt policy, put me through to a manager or explain the policy in any detail. He told me he would call the police if I took his photo. But since theyβve stolen my money I decided to risk it. Avoid!!!!!

β β β β β Very friendly and helpful customer service. The car I booked was not available so he wanted to give me a free upgrade. The upgraded car was not to my liking so I paid a bit more for an almost brand new Audi A3. Returning of the car was super easy but unfortunately at T2 (my flight was at T1). However, going from T2 to T1 was not a hassle. Got back my deposit 2 weeks later as per contract. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Been recommending my expatriate friends to rent with Sixt for last few years since they have a counter at airport Terminal 1. Their cars are newer and mostly continentals! Can try their Limo airport transfer services by booking online, again newer Merc going to and from Changi airport.
