★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WiFi hasn’t worked both times I’ve been there (at all), food is stale and unappetizing, seating is old, and no bathroom in the lounge. Really disappointing and surprised Thai Airways is okay with putting their name on this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 Stars are ok, yes there is no doubt there are better lounges but it is not that bad. The lounge is on the upper floor the opening hour depends on the flight schedule. The lounge is not that big, but cosy in a way. Staff is friendly. The food is OK it is not top restaurant for sure but for a snack definetly OK. Coffee is good. And it is clean and there is free WiFi
