★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to try this stall as the reviews were pretty good and the pictures of the food looks good. Pluses - very generous portions. Innards tasted clean. Minuses - although the sauce looks dark, it was not salty and tasty enough for me. Meat was quite tough and not tender.

It is $3.5 for 1 set or 1 pax.
You can add additional ingredients.
We don't eat the innards, but the owner readily gave us substitutes. Not sure what's being substituted.
Love the chilli as well. Very much suited for a soup based dish.
The ingredients are precooked before, so the owner just has to cut them up, and them "wash" them constantly with the gravy/soup and it's served.
Would come again once in a while, but not all the time.

Braised sauce was savoury and dark but not particularly aromatic. Innards, pork belly, tau pok, pig skin were clean and braised well. Kway broth was savoury but not herbal.

The boss (the one chopping) is a humble man and they are not expensive.
But now, not as good before anymore
Sauce is diluted, bland and tasteless.

Queue is always there.
Requested for more intestine with skin and meat at $5, i consider that as pretty generous portion.
Taste wise, ok. U won't thirsty after consumed
