The first teh c was made by a guy and it was nice and creamy. Price was reasonable. The 1st teh C was nice and creamy and was made by a guy. The 2nd one was made by a Vietnamese cashier and it was like disappointingly sugary. Regrettably, this was the same lady who liked to throw the dirty plates loudly at the back which is disturbing. And the area near the wash sink could have been better organised as it was unsightly. What a shame for a place that is nicely done up.
