She is able to confidently recommend the right treatment and explains the science behind it - especially love that I really do see visible improvements after any facial she recommends. highly recommend her services to anyone as she takes great care and pride in her work :)

β β β β β Been with Skinlab for a few years now but started going regularly only in the past year. My therapist Cindy has been great and knows my skin condition very well and tailors treatment accordingly. They seem to offer regular training to their frontline therapists to keep them up to speed on their products and treatment. Staff seems to be a happy bunch and manager, Magdelene whom i met years ago is always there to help.

β β β β β I've been going to Skinlab (Wheelock) for less than 2 years and I love their service and product. Lu Dan is my consultant and she's really really good - she's very professional that she always customizes and recommends me different facial routine based on my skin conditions, and she is also very delightful to talk to (in Mandarin)! Mag has been helping me as well, she is friendly and she is very approachable too. My face used to have a lot of acne and pimple on my chin, and lots of blackheads on my nose, but after going for facial once a month for 2 years, i can clearly see the effect and improvement. Love it β€

β β β β β I've always had a positive and professional experience here at SkinLab Medical Spa (Wheelock). I have been a long time member for more than 5 years now. The customer experience at SkinLab is second to none with professional staffs especially, May (Front Office Team) and Cindy (Therapist). May remembers my preferences and take the effort to remind me of my treatments monthly. On the other hand, Cindy is very patient and very detailed with her explanation on my skin and the products she applies on my skin. I will always recommend SkinLab and no other medical spa is similar.
Today, i also learnt that they have launched their very own Facial Mask (MCM) - after so much research and hard work. I strongly recommend to buy and these amazing masks! I look forward to bright a new year 2021 with brighter skin. :)

β β β β β I hardly leave Google reviews but I would really highly recommend Winda (quite surprised I dont really see her mentioned in the reviews!). As a therapist she often goes beyond and provides really good service! Whats more her massage techniques are really good and you can be assured to feel very relaxed after a session!

β β β β β I would personally like to thank the Therapist,Mary for the wonderful session i had today. She took personal interest and care in explaining to me about my skin and my areas of concern. She was gentle and gave me plenty of reassurance that my skin is improving alot and on a road to recovery based on the previous pictures i showed her. I felt very comfortable and trusted the skincare routine that she recommended for me at the end of the session. She takes pride in what she does and she is really genuine towards her customer.
