Cindy has incredible world ethic! I’ve been with her for 5 years and never once did I leave feeling unsatisfied for the treatment I received. She’s always very thorough in her waxing treatments and goes above and beyond to remove any problematic ingrowns. She’s extremely professional and is a well of knowledge with regards to her field given her medical background. She examines and assesses my skin carefully and does what needs to be done without me having to ask - a very meticulous lady indeed. I also really appreciate her knowledge and tips on how to take care of the health my skin and what to do. She also uses a soft honey wax that’s beneficial for my skin. I believe it helps to moisturise my skin and I always leave her place fairer than when I entered! She does an incredible job at not only removing hairs but dead skin cells too and I feel so much softer as well. Cindy is also really warm, friendly and down to earth. I always enjoy my sessions and our chats. She’s very inspiring as she strives and powers through long days and late meals so she can accommodate her clients, whilst keeping the place clean. She changes out all the towels and fabrics after every client, cleans clients with fresh, piping hot towels that came right out of a special disinfectant oven thingy (I’m not sure what it’s called) and keeps the place spotless. Her service is stellar! I don’t know how she does it. Her prices are the best I’ve seen as well. Extremely value for money! Thank you so much for everything all these years Cindy, here’s to many more!

I've been doing my Brazilian wax with Skintology for years! Cindy has always makes me feel comfortable, even when I was heavily pregnant I still know I can trust her with the most sensitive/tender part of my body at that point of time ? she is professional and definitely cleaner than all the other waxing place I've been to! I have been coming to Skintology for a few years. I still remember on the first facial visit, Cindy took 3 hours to clear my face with patience and explained the cause of these and how to do my skincare routine. My face condition has improved so much that i become a more confident person. Satisfied with her professional service and hygienic environment, i decided to entrust her with Brazilian waxing too. She uses honey wax which is natural for my sensitive skin. I continued with her ever since. I always enjoy and look forward to our chatting session during facial and waxing. She makes me feel so relax at her place and is readily sharing all the skincare and health knowledge which is suitable for me. Most importantly, she doesn't hardsell and doesn't have any packages. Isn't that what we are always hoping for!

Cindy is very professional, and the wax she uses is amazing, pure honey, not hot, the skin feels very smooth. It also has very good prices compared to other places in Singapore.

She uses only honey to wax and that's been amazing for my sensitive skin. She not only takes her time to ensure that you're hairless but also understands your skin type and advices you on what's required to maintain a healthy skin. Cindy is very professional in providing waxing services despite it being a small business. Extremely clean location. She is very friendly and makes me feel at ease during my visits. Been visiting Skintology for several years and I always look forward to my sessions with her! :D highly recommended!

Cindy is an incredible professional, kind and excellent esthetician. I had her waxing services - she uses a sugar based wax that requires no heat and is very effective. Her prices were excellent and she was a *champion* at making sure no hair was left behind and to take a look at ingrown hairs. Lovely conversation, cheerful disposition and overall, a great experience. I’ve been waxing for over 12 years and easily one of my best experiences. Prices are very good.
