The staff lady on Sunday was very kind and helpful in helping my son on the packaging issues.

Very friendly aunties over at Hougang skp outlet... Brought a handheld tape dispenser and both aunties helped and teached me how to use the device. They even took out their own tape and shown me how to load it in! Thanks aunties!

Super disgusted by their service. Brought my own foil balloons wanting to blow up with helium and pay for the helium. Usually most party shops will estimate the price base on size of balloon. Today the cashier (lady boss?) find excuse and say oh this balloon is small even with helium won’t float. Okok I get it, you don’t allow. So I bought their 5 pieces confetti balloons, and said to blow up 2. Another girl helped with the balloons, but they turned out unequal size. They are for celebration, this is unsatisfactory. So I asked if they can make a new one and discard that smaller. The lady boss then replied we can’t do it this way (remake new for free) and reopen will burst, then black-face me. In the end the other girl just reopened that smaller balloon to pump in more helium and risk bursting it. Understand from store owner point of view pumping new balloon uses more helium and lose income. But hey, people go SKP wanting beautiful decorations for their important party. You made the balloons one big one small, if it’s your own party will you be happy? If you want a profitable business even if you offend all customers, then don’t do "happy occasions" business please.
