โ โ โ โ โ Called the hotline to booked an appointment for the next day as i had heard raving reviews for the Doctor Tan working there. However, to my dismay, the staff who attended the call had the worst attitude I have ever encountered. She was incredibly rude and did not pay attention to what I was saying. Will never visit them even if the doctor is good. Will never recommend them to anyone I know.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Tan is the best Doctor to me, great experience, diagnose accurately.
After meeting a few Doctors who didn't know what happen to my health, end up with Dr. Tan after recommendation. Diagnosed my problem on my first visit, given the right medication for my problem.
It's been 5 years since, still seeing him every year to get my full body check.
Dr. Tan is friendly and kind, if it's out of hand, he will recommend you to the right specialist.
Didn't mind the long wait as going around searching for different doctors who couldn't solve my problem is going to cause more time.

โ โ โ โ โ Read a lot of bad reviews about the reception of this clinic. But due to the recommendations from my parents; who has been visiting this clinic for years, I decided to go down and have a consultation on my eczema issues. The reception wasn't as bad as mentioned, its just that the clinic is always busy with patients. The doctor is very detailed in checking my eczema issues and gave me quite a lot of advises. The medical fee wasn't expensive also. Normally for eczema I have to pay around $100+ but Neighborhood Medical Clinic only charged me $52. Will definitely go down again for second consultation. However, do take note to call before going down as the queue might be long during peak hours.

โ โ โ โ โ Doctor Tan is the one and only Doctor here everyone always look for. With his great experience in the medical field, he has attracted and built up a huge profile of numerous patients throughout the years. His diagnosis was quite in depth and easy to understand. Personally have been consulting him since young. However, also because of the high volume of patients streaming in everyday, it causes increased workload for over-the-counter staff, which may explained their poor attitude and long waiting time encountered at this clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible attitude. I just asked politely how long more my mum has to wait and was brushed off and said everyone has to wait. We were told to come and 1pm and didn't see the doc until 2pm. If we were suppose to join the queue then say so so we can come earlier to queue.

โ โ โ โ โ Lucky my mother is fine and getting better from the 2 vaccine shots she got last week. (Some sort of flu vaccine, etc)
She took the 1st and before she took the 2nd, despite telling the doctor that she might not take it having 2 jabs on the same arm and preferred to have it on seperate arm, the doctor ้ๅป็ insisted that she will be fine as the others took it on the same arm too. So he proceeded to insert 2 jabs on my mother same arm. The night when my mother went home, she got some serious high fever, red swollen stiff arm and feeling real sick for a few days.
Well I guess if patient is at an older age, please becareful when you do 2 jabs at the same time and don't listen blindly to what the doctor says.
My mother should have insisted like how the doctor insisted on his 'point of view'. Well.

โ โ โ โ โ Doctor Tan is very knowledgeable and fatherly. Been to 3 other doctors before him and none of them are able to diagnose whatโs wrong with my skin condition. The nurses/ receptionists are also friendly.
