β β β β β As I need something urgently, I have no choice to buy it here. Most of a time I will make my purchase online at shopee. The customer service here was bad. Unfriendly staffs, never smiles & always gives that attitude face. Not accommodating at all. Doesnβt deserve a single stars.

β β β β β Staff name Tan Moi Kim is rude and unresponsive. I wonder how she even get a job here. She is always unhappy and moody like as tho we owe her money. Please avoid serving by her at all times. She has the worst customer service ever. Her colleague name Connie Yap is so much better.

β β β β β Very rude staff. Was enquiring about the helium balloon and she shut me off and ask me to wait when there's nobody customer at the cashier area. She also replied with a rude and annoyed tone when I asked her the cost. If she's not happy, she shouldn't be working in the service line. The staff is the auntie with short black hair at the cashier.

β β β β β The service is atrocious. Just brought helium balloons to pump in helium and they did not allow. I wanted to then purchase their balloon, asked the sales person to show me, she said: I will show you if you are going to buy.
I want to see the size.
I will show you only.if you buy.
