Super disappointed with their responses. I have never been so disappointed before. Their hotline and social media is as good as non existent and I have called one whole week during office hours and multiple times with no avail. If their services before booking for venue on your big day is as such? Don’t pin high hopes during your big day. Atrocious is an understatement

On the 15th of Dec, my wife and I had our wedding at the sky garden sentosa. We had really some bad experience there. Firstly, when we needed help and reply, we had to wait for almost 3 days up to a week for a reply and we had to keep chasing them for help. On the day of our wedding, the person in charge was so BUSY TEXTING and did not even congratulate us or ask how we were. We even had to get our own decos for the place which was not provided as in the picture. After my ROM, they even chased us for payment and my family members. Can't a place wait till end of event to make the payment or even the next day. We are not going to run away without paying. The food provided to us in food tasting was also different from what we are being served. The food was either tasteless or even different from what we are supposed to get. After the whole event, we went over to our 1 day stay at the Barracks. The hotel was not even informed of our arrival and payment/paperwork was not done. It was such a devastating experience.

Attended a wedding at this place and it was SUPER BAD. Food was bad, (they managed to screw up ee fu mee to be as salty as the sea) some of the dishes look like it came out of the cai png store. - see pic attached Drinks were too sweet (like concentrated syrup kind of sweet) Service was atrocious - my 3/4 eaten food was snatched away by the waiter without asking if I was done with it. There was a really bad storm which occurred during the wedding and I swear the ground shook in sync with the thunder and I worry about the structural integrity of the building. Would not recommend anyone to hold their wedding here.

The place is beautiful and serene. You have a splendid overview of the Sentosa coastline, and becomes extremely stunning during sunset. The only limitations is the size, so it is ideal for small to medium weddings

4 stars for the venue, but not for the overall experience with this venue. We fell in love with this venue when we first visited it. The coordinator appeared to be very responsive to us before we decided to hold our event there. We thought we will be in for a smooth and enjoyable experience if we went for the venue. Little did we know that things would drastically change after we confirmed the venue package and made a deposit for it. Months leading up to our event, we asked the coordinator to connect us with her vendor who was in charge of styling the venue. The coordinator gave us the contact and we tried to communicate with the vendor via text. The vendor was unresponsive on many occasions over a period of two months, and we eventually sent an 'SOS' to our coordinator, hoping that she would step in and manage her vendor. However, her reply was cold and she told us to continue to reach out to the vendor on our own. Because texts didn't work anymore, we tried to take a more proactive approach of calling the vendor. When we spoke to the vendor, they were extremely rude and emphasised several times over the call that they had more important clients than us, so they had to focus their time on them. It was clear to us that our event meant little profit for them and they do not want to invest any time and effort on it. Because of the unpleasant dealings with the vendor, we sourced for our own external venue styling vendor, even if that meant additional costs for us. Just as we thought that our nightmare with this venue had ended with the vendor being out of the picture, it went on even until our event day. The coordinator continued to take a back seat and took little initiative to work through other event details with us. At times where we tried to clarify things, the response was slow and cold. Even as we get nearer to the event date, there was little effort from the coordinator to be proactive and responsive. We were essentially driving the whole event planning on our own. On the event day, several hiccups occurred due to poor coordination. First, the door to venue was not opened on time, and our external vendor and friends could not access the venue for setup, until 45mins after the agreed timing. Because of this, they were under pressure to deliver the setup on time. Second, the coordinator was completely unaware that the door was not opened on time, until our friends called her. She only arrived on site 30mins after the start of setup. Third, guest chairs at the outdoor area were not properly set up even though the coordinator agreed to set them up for us. Some of the chairs were even wet, and we had to ask for replacement on the spot. All in all, the coordinator paid little attention to what was happening on site, and was completely unapologetic about all the hiccups that happened (which could have been prevented). Taking into consideration the series of under-delivers that happened and distressful experience we had, we can only give 2 stars for this venue. While we respect that the coordinator/vendor need to manage many other events, we hope they recognize how significant the event is to each client and give a little more attention in the days leading up to their event and on the actual day of the event. That would go a long way.

RIDICULOUSLY stunning wedding venue! We just had our wedding there and everyone had a great time, so many compliments on the choice of venue (see photo). Working with Marjorie was also a blast, she was ever patient entertaining our million questions, especially each time the COVID restrictions changed, and even through sick and other leave. 10/10 would recommend! Would love to attend a wedding there next time! :D
