I had a great session with Cassandra Mak to address an issue I have frozen shoulder. She is very knowledgeable about human physiology. By understanding the issue, she isolated the area of concern and formulated a exercises that facilitate recovery and strengthening.

100% great place. Because the place was absolutely great and also have enough place to workout. The instructors was well trained and had advances ideas for working out. Also the equipment are new and well function. The place was quite wide and also good to stay. Try this place and gain muscles and fit body in just a short time

Their group classes are mostly reformer pilates ( no mat so far), although they have extend barre classes twice a week & core align classes once a week( Joanna is a good extend barre instructor). They offer gyrotonics for private and duet sessions.Core align is not, as far as I know , taught in many studios in Singapore. It 's taught by Charis whom I used to take duet classes under and who is also a very competent and experienced instructor. Wanying and Pei Jue are also good instructors; however Pei Jue's style of teaching -rather stern & boot camp style , is not my cup of tea. I enjoying my sessions with a couple of newer instructors, Daowei, and Laeticia & Naomi in particular . They are very patient and detailed in correcting students" alignment and pilates poses.I disliked my pilates classes with the instructor Sherwin whom I found uninspiring, inflexible boring and with a monotonous style of vocal delivery ( important in pilates classes as you have to take vocal cues from your instructor).So you have to try a few classes and see which instructor you enjoy learning pilates with . But do take note when booking a session that the cancellation policy is 24 hours. This studio also offers rolfing sessions with a rolfer, Cassandra.Administrative issues are taken care of by Janice and Shermaine, who are helpful.

Excellent Pilates training. Very nice place, reformer machine are new, classes are lead by extremely professional and nice instructors. I fully recommend after almost 2 years I am coming here regularly
