Coffee was good. Not so crowded, nice place for coffee break

Worst toast box ever, service is so bad Ordered 2 drumstick meal sets only one entered. Ordered ham and cheese sandwich but got regular toast instead. Don’t know why cashier in a hurry when there is no queue. Should get customer order correct right? Did not even give me receipt and when asked the aunties where is the order - got response in Chinese! Asked again for them to respond in English and was told by the supervisor that aunties don’t know. That all orders there are for delivery orders. All others who came after us already got their orders. Few mins past and no more customers, aunties not cooking anymore. So we asked again, where is our order? Then he said oh it’s the packaged food on counter — we waited for nothing? It was just there?? We asked earlier and they said no it was not that. 2nd time we came here, as gave them another chance, First time, staff was so rude too. Never coming back! This outlet should be closed. It gives Toastbox a bad rep!

There curry chicken are terrible. Frozen 3 chicken wing that is tasteless. Nothing else. Just 3 wings that tasty terrible. As compared to the Thai stall in the same shopping mall, their Thai noodle taste much much way better.

Opened 15 minutes late so had to queue and wait. A bit disappointed as I was on a schedule. Usual food fare.

Decent place to have a good conversation and hang out with friends. Their coffee and tea are traditional, robust in taste, and it's very fragrant. Their toast are heavenly, crunchy with burnt crust, and it blended well with kaya and butter. Eggs are half boiled to perfection, soft and smooth. Great ambience and a perfect place for a quick breakfast or tea break.

Had the chicken curry and the beef. Small portion, well flavored. Good food while everything else is closed in the morning.

Probably the most run down Toast Box I have seen. Dirty floors and walls, peeling paint, broken cupboards, uneven wobbly tables. Unloved outlet.

This Toast Box outlet is located in a good location in Zhong Shan mall so attracts good traffic. The curry chicken rice is average. The salted egg braised meat rice is decent. Both come in a set with drinks and small cake. Overall taste is average and good for a quick meal to just fill up.
