★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VIsited this place for room viewing while looking to rent a room to stay. It is a newly up HDB, the outlook is modern and the building is very tall, should have some 30+ levels high, has eatery place within the compound too, looks convenient. However when inside the flat unit, can immediately see that it is the norm now a small unit and also room is small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noisy area day and night, every morning get disturbs by the lepaks people, exercise Aunty Uncle Ah kong Ah mah * Inconsiderate people especially shelter area the impact quite loud even stand quite a distance can be heard all the nuisance * As can be seen there's a banner been put up still batch of ignorant people * Pity the residences staying near to the shelter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice neighbouhood in bt batok .One of the latest HDB housing block in the Bukit batok precinct. Flanged by 2 primary schools ie Keming primary school and Bukit view primary school. Both are within walking distance . The only bus that ply the road at street 221 is bus service 173 . The other side of the main road has more services . Many new shops are setting up within the compound . So far there is a sheng song supermarket , food clique coffee shop , a clinic and saloon .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a few blocks of 40 storey point block apartments, 2 dedicated playgrounds, 2 exercise grounds, a central running track and beautiful central activity yard in the middle of the running track, a beautiful and clean living environment, this residential area is a wonderful place to live in.

Childcare centre, mini mart, eateries and 2 primary schools , Bukit View Primary School and Keming Primary School just within walking distance.
It is also just 10 minutes drive to future 2nd CBD Jurong District. A balance of work, play and stay!

this place is very nice in terms of layout. It also convenient as there is a coffee shop with a variety of good food. Sheng Siong is just around the corner.
