★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best neighbourhood kopi and yuanyang stalls I visit. Lovely ambiance overlooking Bukit Batok st 24, just come before 11am on weekends - bit loud when the senior citizen karaoke starts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food court located at 9th floor. Went there for dinner. Environment is a bit of rundown, with noisy burner sound from the wok and cooking sound. Only beverage stall and Chinese zhichar opened at dinner time. Price was same as other zhichar, but the serving portion definitely is bigger. Food taste better than most of other zhichar stall elsewhere.

Roasted delight is great, Roast duck and Roast meat is crispy and juicy. Owner ensures that only one hand (in gloves) handles food while the other handles cash etc.
Zi char is affordable with big portion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The milk peng (ice milo with milk) is indeed on point with its golden ratio. The uncle even prides himself and has even asked for feedback if it’s good.
The tze char (Chinese home-cooked food mini restaurant) serves really good fresh food and at an affordable rate. Most of their patrons are mainly office staff.
When the sunsets and once everyone has left for home, a new dawn arrives. Groups of beer enthusiast mainly male in their 50s will gather for their food, drinks, and some open mic karaoke. It’s quite a lively culture and delightful to observe how merry they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly good food despite the little crowd. Level 9 has unblocked view on the surrounding as well.
Zi char stall : Tried the deep fried squid - super crunchy. white bee Hoon. Both dishes are great and inexpensive.
Satay: Friendly owner. ordered pork and chicken satay. Well seasoned and grilled really well.
Roast Meat stall: Normally come during lunch for this, great portion for their roast meat and duck meat portion.
