★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and quality of sofa from Cellini are super lousy. I bought a sofa in Jan 21. The sofa is crumpled (with any awful lines). I asked for an exchange but no actions from Cellini from Jan 21 to April 21. Kean, the sales person was very rude and threatening and the Operating Manager, Hanson was super incapable and poor attitude. Horrible service.

Already identified this dining table around Nov 2020..
Today, we came down to finalised the sales.
I would say the first experience we came last year wasn't that well as no one came to attend to us...
Today, immediately a lady by the name of Joyce came to us and gave a very detailed explanation of furniture and dining tables..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have some very good stuff and you can immediately tell that they are of quality. Prices are on the higher end but you can still find some on promotion. Lauren was very professional. He suggested ways to match the pieces. Overall, it was a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a bad experience at HTL sofa....resulting in cancellation of order & full refund due to non delivery before CNY, despite ordering 3 months in advance; we came to Cellini & bought their full leather concerto 3 seater recliner.
Was served by Joyce who was professional & knowledgeable, patiently explaining the differences & prices. Their sofas are assembled in Malaysia & waiting time only 1 month plus for custom select colours.
Motor mechanism from Germany & leather from Italy.
Even got discounted price & free gifts.
Glad we made this decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy their mattress nightingale which literally sag after one year of usage n had it exchange based on their policy with 10% top up. The bedframe look study however if u look at the body frame work.is 3 PCs of soft wood to support the base on the bedframe.and this cause the mattress to sag. I had this disgard after experience neck, back issue.. Buy n u will regret.

What I liked about this outlet is that it’s huge and well spaced! All items are well displayed. Huge floor area to walk around, well organised and clean. Welcoming environment to shop.
Tip: Do visit on a weekday, it’s much quieter to shop.
Been a fan of Cellini because of their excellent workmanship and quality! Hopefully continue to uphold this home grown brand.
