β β β β β I buy sunglasses from capitol and i wanted to exchange was thinking to top up a bit more money and buy different sunglasses but they refused even I have explained my situation I work in the hotel was busy as festive time but same refused to exchange will not recommend or return again

β β β β β I was at at your Northpoint outlet day and was served by a young man called Salman. I want to highlight that he did a great job in terms of service. All I requested was to put a rubber lining on my specticles and he tried very and managed eventually. I liked the effort he put to fine the correct rubber lining and the total cost was only $7.50. Great customer service. Thank you Salman.

β β β β β Sharon was very friendly! It was my first contact lens so she patiently taught me how to wear and let me practise a few time to ensure I wear and take it off right.. She also did rigorous eye check for me before and after (with lens)
All in all, service is fantastic ?

β β β β β Found it nothing so special. Normal treat not good not bad... I am purchasing spec from multiple shop for past 17years. This is the first shop which made very uncomfortable fitting. Wrong size to ear. Have adjusted 3 times one first collecting day. 3 times on second day. The staff did put effort just that probably not enough skill. Saw another customer facing not going fitting too on second day.

β β β β β Found online on this free eye check Spectacles Wearers β once yearly with Eyecare Professional. Made an appointment to check my eye and wow, excellent service. Salman attended to me and he was really professional and meticulous in the assessment. No pressure to buy and spectacle from them. Thumbs up !

β β β β β Unbelievable service and care. I bought one reading glasses and it has been serving me well. Went back today to purchase my new Ray-Ban glasses as someone has stolen it when I left it at my workplace. Really miss it and the shop assistant able to introduce new technology by Ray-Ban which way better than my previous sun glass. Really satisfied and highly recommended. They are really good ?????

Capitol Optical had staff that were attentive, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and personable. They spent a lot of time with me on my first visit and remembered me as soon as I entered the shop on my return visit to collect.
I've been wearing glasses since I was a child and, as an older adult, I have just purchased the best pair of glasses that I've ever worn.

β β β β β I always wanted to try contact lenses but was contemplating about it. I went to Capitol Optical Northpoint today. I was served by very friendly staff Wee Kian (not sure if I got his name spelling right!?). His patience level was super high, replying to all my enquiries. I struggled to wear the lenses for the first time and he was encouraging me not to rush. He made me feel comfortable. He was correcting my technique in every attempt. I'm so thankful for all his help. Overall, I was super pleased by the service! :)
