t	tan ya ting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cafe with a comfy ambience and hospitable owners! I've been here multiple times and haven't been disappointed by their food. Strongly recommend their coffee as well as the maple scones with miso butter (only available in weekends) What i really like about the cafe as well is that the owner's really enthusiastic about coffee. Been slowly learning more about coffee from him haha!
J	Javier Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slickshots ?34 Whampoa West, #01-35 Been exploring the neighbourhood of my new place, I am glad to chance upon @slickshots.sg located just a 10 mins leisure fully covered walk from Boon Keng MRT. Enjoyed their buttery waffle which was thick, airy with slight chewy texture in the middle with pistachio and peanut butter banana gelato drizzled with maple syrup $15.50. Special mention to their pistachio gelato which was rich, creamy and nutty. There were also pistachio bits which gave a good crunch. Nice ?

It’s the perfect place to have a cuppa, dessert, or some light bites with a friend or on your own. I’ve tried quite a few things off their menu by now, and haven’t been disappointed yet. I also always dabao their cold brew bottles home to slowly savour. MUST TRY: Garlic H&C Toasties, peanut butter banana gelato, mocha cold brew, kombucha! Chashu Don is awesome too, but portion size may feel a bit small for some.
G	G Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good 4 stars for great coffee, waffles and ice cream. They are accepting CDC vouchers issued by govt so it's good to support local humble business around the neighborhood. One cup of hot latte is $4.50 with no gst or service charge, is considered reasonable. Recommended to try get a cuppa coffee and waffles. Latte art is professionally done up and beautiful. Kudos to the barista. 2 mins walk to boon keng mrt exit B (fully sheltered).

Very familiar taste to a certain brand of hojicha powder drink. Waffle was nice and fluffy without much taste. So it goes great with the ice-cream. It costs $15.50 for this.
D	Danny Pk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee was great but extremely small. I also asked for "nuts for banana" which should've been waffles with caramelized banana and granola. It took 40 minutes to be served and they were not that good. The waffle was tearing apart, the banana had a layer of burnt sugar on top and some granola threw away? For that I paid $9?? I asked for the tap water and they completely forgot about it, I got it also 40 minutes later when I asked again. They apologized but a complementary coffee would've done way better. I'd recommend to look for another place instead. 2 stars because of the tasty coffee but that's all.
