On 5/9/17, two technicians, namely, Terry and Raj who came to service my air-con units and chemical wash one of the fan coil have been exemplary. They know their tasks very well and work well as a team. They are very thorough with their work, especially, Terry, who is calm and steady. He is sincere in his feedback. I felt a sense of great satisfaction. Keep up with the good works!

Do not be fooled by the seemingly competitively-priced air cond servicing costs as they will try to hard sell you additional services at exorbitant prices. Been servicing my air conditioners with TechV and for the past 3 visits, they have been asking me to do these top ups services. However, I have been hesitating as these additional services amounted to $980 (see picture attached). As I was under the impression that the air conditioners were in a dire condition, I went for a second opinion by another reputable air conditioning company. To my surprise, they informed me that I only needed ONE chemical wash and the other services were unnecessary as the air conditioners are still in very good condition. The 1 chemical wash only cost me $130 vs the $980 quoted by TechV. Even so, that one chemical wash would have cost me $180 at TechV (see pic) instead of $130 at another company. You be the judge.

Horrible servicing company. Upsells you EVERYTIME they visit although the household that i’m living in is brand new. Tried to sel gas top up, chemical cleaning, even tried to sell coils 5 times during 8 times of their visit. Note that my aircons were new. A joke. Funning thing is, different repairmen visit each time and their analysis are different. (Strongly suggests replacing coils and then the next visit the new guys say the coils are fine) at least have consistency if you’re trying to rip people off.

This is my 1st time engaging Tech-V Cool Engineering for their products and service. The Technicians are well verse in their products and also give good advice on how to run and install the air con unit. They are responsible and they provide quality workmanship. Will definitely recommend their service and products to people who need to install new air con at their home. Thank you Tech-V Air Cool Engineering.

Recently I engaged Tech-V Air Cool Engineering to do my air-con 1 time servicing. When they dismantled my air-con and to my horror this was what I saw. No wonder my air-con was not cold was months. The team leader Eric recommended me to do chemical wash, which I agreed because of what I saw. After the chemical wash, I was so happy that my fan coil was so cleaned like brand new. Naturally as a driver when our car air-con is not cold, we will always think must top up gas. I asked Eric, he said he will help me check whether need to top up gas. After checking, he told me it is not necessary. I was astonish that he did not try to make extra from me. Not only that, he and his team really cleaned up after their servicing. That's what I like about Service People whom are honest, clean as they go and are very careful while they are servicing not to damage your things in your house. Thus, I am writing this review to let Tech-V Boss to let him / her and everyone know that he/she have a very good, diligent and honest staffs. Train him well and I think he will be a good management staff in future. For that I immediately signed up a yearly contract servicing. I give you 5 stars for a fabulous service. Highly recommended to other air-con users without any worries and peace of mind. Keep up the great service. Will recommend to all my friends and relatives. May your business prosperous with the great staffs that you have.

Absolutely furious with the service attitude. Used them for past 8 years and the quality has only gone down. I had an annual contract with them and received only 2 services against 4. I realised they had not come for some quarters and called them back. They said my contract expired and I had not picked up thei call to schedule so its on me that I didnt schedule their services. No apologies were offered. They bluntly asked me to renew a new contract. I said I will take the business elsewhere and the arrogant sales lady just hung up on me. They dont need my business I think. Thats how they treat a regular customer of 8 years. So be it. I will never ever use them again.

Extremely poor service! Don't ever use them! Keep sending people who cannot communicate to our unit and asking for additional charges with new problems all the time. The serviceman also slams the door at our house in front of me. If I could give a zero star then I will definitely will.

I have been using Tech-V contractors for more then 8 years plus for my house and office air con services. I have also introduced to most of my friends their services as is . I am very satisfied by their overall works. They are responsible and they provide quality workmanship. Good Job.
