Staff was knowledgeable and was able to address any concerns that came up (good and bad). Products introduced based on our needs. Could ease up on the sales tactics. Nobody likes to be lied to, especially when there was no need to. Sale was already made, literally nothing else to gain by embellishing the truth about the free gift and lying about additional free service (while writing the truth on the invoice, very smart). And now it makes one wonder if everything else said during the sale is true. Mattress is okay.

SHOCKING: Salesman Called Competitors "TO DIE!", & that Customers are Coconut Head Cheapos!!! BONUS: Starts sitting down on one of the beds with legs overlaying the other one to play with phone when we said we'll "think about it" and stopped entertaining us. ------ A super rude experience at Sengkang outlet in the evening. We were thinking of getting new mattresses and was shocked to be served by someone so uncultured and rude. We kept our cool so much and decided to walk out after the mind boggling 10-minutes instead of arguing! He kept challenging our limits by asking which other competitors' mattress we have compared them with, and he claims that Slumberland is the best and to literally asked us to tell the competitors "To Die" (a total of 3 times minimum) which is a shocking and unprofessional statement. And he mentioned to us that all customers who do not buy after his first sales pitch are coconut head cheapos (what a weird combo/slur name) and started sitting on the mattresses to text/play on his phone while semi-ignoring our enquiries about delivery/colours of bed frame etc. We have a family member who has anxiety and is more sensitive to germs as it's Covid now, and does not want to lie down fully on the mattress. He also called her out and said that she is weird (zero sense of empathy). Up to your own luck while supporting Slumberland! Saw some reviews of a good salesman, but what we had today was a complete disaster. Will go shop with other brands instead. P.S. Apparently this is not the usual sales man in this outlet. He mentioned that "you guys are lucky to be served by me personally and not my salesman". Could he be the supervisor/manager?

Staff are very friendly and helpful in understanding my needs and preferences. Alvin also gave us tips for buying a suitable mattress as well as things to look out for. Great experience! ?

We are served by Alvin from Compass One. He was very professional and provided us wonderful service! His product knowledge was super good that he taught us things that we don’t know. Was served by Alvin and had a very good experience at Slumberland:) He is very attentive and give good recommendations of mattress suited for my needs based on his product knowledge. He is also very patient in answering all our queries and concerns! Overall a very pleasant experience which left my mom and I very happy :-)

Repeat purchased. Was served by Alvin both time, had a really pleasant experience. Alvin is very knowledgeable with the mattresses and give good insight on what we required. Able to make do with our budget and no hard selling.

Alvin shared a lot of insight with us, very beneficial for newly wed couple like us. No hard selling and we had so much fun exploring the different beds to understand which is most suitable for us. Great experience, even got my mom to purchase from them for their own place!
