β β β β β Been a long time customer for the past almost ten years. Staff are well skilled and fast in their work. Only downside is some tend to cross personal boundaries by asking very personal questions as conversational starters which I personally find unprofessional. Nonetheless, overall would still recommend as their prices are Comparatively affordable.

β β β β β Be wary of HIDDEN COSTS at this place.
They charge $70 for gel manicure and $80 for gel pedicure, which is already expensive for such service in a neighbourhood mall.
We were previously told that the CNY surcharge is $7 but on the actual day it SUDDENLY became $40??! Staff told us that their surcharge is $10 (not $7 anymore) and PER SERVICE.
In other words, I was charged an addition of $10 for manicure, $10 for pedicure, $10 for applying nail polish on my hand and $10 for applying nail polish on my feet?!
Aside from their bizarre pricing, their service is still great and the nails look fine.

β β β β β So far my past two experiences have been really great!! The staff are really nice and friendly.. plus they give great colour suggestions, from their vast colour collection! Its also so close for me since its just at the nearby mall. For anyone that wants professionalism and a friendly atmosphere, Kawaii Nails is the place to go ?

is my first time to complain stores! I spent almost $700 in this salon. I cannot intolerable their behaviour! I need to let others to know!
The staffsβ attitude are super rudeness.It seems like I own money for them. The service was bad also.
The price is expensiveοΌIf you want to spend money to buy sin, you can go this place.

Her colleagues Anna and another is also very patient and will cater to your needs. When in doubt they will always have ideas for you! Thank you so much for the awesome work done on my nails both feet and hands! I have signed on numerous packages and they are just my go to nail salon ! I highly recommend Kawaii nails ! Xx
