Very unique concept of various food options sharing a common kitchen space. Love how you can mix’n’match when dining in, imagine a heavenly combination of Swee Choon and jolibee! The ordering system is simple enough and the waiting time wasn’t too long. Will be back when I’m in the area!

Ordered food via Grab, waited 30 mins pass the stated ready time for our order. Counter staff initially refused to help check with the kitchen whats wrong, asking us to just wait. Had to contact Grab to help, and in the end its only after waiting 45 mins (15 mins later) that counter staff was willing to make a call to check and then said the kitchen would cancel the order. Whatever happened with the kitchen, why not help make that call when we asked for it? 30 mins not enough waiting for you? Horrible service.

Waiting time is long. No sauce or dip. Packaging is not thoughtful. Order at 10:50am and collected the burger combo at around 11:15am. I believe my order is the only one in the morning, the rest are for deliveries. The meal does not include sauce or dip for the fries. Weird. Isn't it common to have dips for the fries. I can skip sauces for burgers but I cannot take my fries without dip. The burger(s) came wrapped in one wrapper. The set came in two mini burgers but both of them were placed on one wrapper. I tried to figure out if I were to use my bare hand on the burger or use the wrapper to hold my burger. Shouldn't it be more convenient to have one wrapper for each burger?

Wait is awful. I was personally picking up my Jolibee purchase and waited an hour. I had delivery riders waiting more than an hour. 1 star is charity my friend. Something is extremely off in the way this Kitchen is being run. I cannot imagine what our delivery riders face when they deliver the food after this wait and imagine this amount of waiting for a meagre delivery fee. This should be closed down if they cannot manage it properly.

Worst experience to have ur meals here. 45 mins wait time to get the food. Order came but missing item .. they took the whole food and went up to kitchen and wait another 10 mins to come back.. no chilli sauce given too Only come here if u have a lot of time to spare.

Chance upon this interesting food concept place. Waiting time is long. Order time 13:25, food is only ready at 13:58. Food quality is not bad as I was already very hungry. Zero ambience, fuss free, constant flow of delivery guys coming in.

We did a self pick up for our Jollibee food but we kinda expected abit of delays, at most 15mins.. but looking at the condition, this wait is actually more than what we wanted.. For more than half hr, food is still not ready. Looking at the reviews, this has gota be one of the 'not so' willing places to go by riders.. let us review this place objectively from various perspectives.. Location : This place seems to be out of a distance for many without personal transport. Good for those who order food via their apps and at d same time get to munch within the same place.. eg, same concept like a restaurant BUT with multiple diff food suppliers..or.. we would say that it is similar to an enlarge 7-11, with seats. From our standpoint when we reached, in one glance, the place looks cool and mysterious. The entry into this place is also rather nice looking and feels pleasant to be in. But there needs to be some maintenance to the place koz despite it looking new and cool, d seats needs abit more tender loving care. Food Operations : The concept about having multiple agencies into 1 is definitely a good idea. The smart kitchen idea is also a good way to save up on individual company's / agency's expenses.. the preparation which is on the upper level seems to be rather quick. Staff : There are few staff when we were there. The distribution is rather quick too. Once the food is ready at level 1, which is the pick up point, the staff shouts it out. The cubby hole is not really used as the riders around seems to be rather anxious to move off once their numbers are called out. In total overview : We are pleasantly happy that the concept is applied to ensure customers of different personal choices can sit together having a meal from different restaurants. The unpleasant part is the waiting part. The kitchen could be small or the staff could be limited, thus sharing various kitchens, or stock could be low since it is a new concept or such.. there are many reasons that we could not exactly pinpoint to the slow wait. We actually waited more than half hour after our estimated ready timing of our food. The delay is definitely something that we cannot put up with. If it was only 10mins, we can still accept but with more than half hour waiting, it is something that we cant put up with. To note, we did a pick up ya, not that we order a dine in where they have to prep a cool presentation on how the image is.. thus, it shud be dump d item into the takeaway box and pass. New cloud kitchen concept. But I think its more suitable for delivery riders to pick up food rather than consumers going there to eat or even takeaway. Can be a very long wait during peak periods and kinda messy. Strangely the aircon there is super cold. Wonder if they know that will cool down the cooked food too much while it is waiting for riders to pick up the orders.
