Super friendly, helpful and patient showing all the lighting options and sharing their opinion… I came close to their closing time, but I couldn’t decide which type to buy so keep trying out the lights, and they were still very patient, not rushing, and not pushy at all. Thanks for giving me the best buying experience and giving me a good deal too. Hope I made a right choice of my first purchase of Yeelight. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience with all the staff in the outlet. They are knowledgeable and professional with their products, and not pushy in getting you to purchase it. They will also analyze the most suitable products for your flat.
Prices are very attractive and affordable to have so many functions. It's cheaper than most conventional led lightings. They will also provide training to guide you at your house, and assist in the setting up after your purchase.
The showroom is superb in demonstrating smart house. Best to bring along your floor plan when visiting.

Needless to say, we were impressed with everything and did not even see another supplier that my ID provided. Do request to speak to Derrick if you are planning a visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Russell is very nice and knowledgeable. However this is this plumb colleague whom cut him off from demonstrating the devices to us abruptly in front of us and told Russell to go have his lunch instead?!?! We were very shocked by the level of customer service by Russell's colleague.
Thumbs up to Russell though. However all the wonderful customer experience has been ruined by his colleague.

If you are looking to setup a smart home, this is the place to get it done!
