For a 8 minute worth of filling and consultation included, I paid a hefty sum (more than double of any place else) for my 10 year old son.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Micheal Koh and his staffs. My daughter was very anxious about the appointment and dental procedure. But Dr. Micheal was very patient with his and executed the procedure skillfully. The staffs were very helpful and kind and always available to assist. Dr. Micheal is very professional, he takes time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. It is not easy to find a good dentist for a kid. I highly recommend Dr. Micheal and his staffs for kids and adults dentistry.

Booked an appointment for a routine cleaning but walked away with an extravagant bill for fillings and no cleaning done! I went to another dentist for a second opinion, and it seemed that most of the cavities seemed to be mild and didn't need to be filled immediately anyways. The attending dentist rushed through the 30 minute appointment and some of the fillings were roughly done and had to be smoothed out by the dentist I saw later. Overall a disappointing experience, it seemed to me that they wanted to bill the more expensive service first (the fillings), and ended the consultation as soon as possible after the service without properly addressing my concerns.

Dr Michael was patient, warm and thorough throughout the entire process. It made seeing a dentist feel a lot less stressful and uncomfortable. I would like to commend the 2 dental assistants who were meticulous, sensitive to patient's needs and hospitable when I was there at 1230 on 30/11 for my appointment. Keep up the good work!

I went for consultation regarding a dental trauma. While I think proper steps were taken, I think there is lack of attention to the patient’s situation during x-ray and cleaning. 1. On the very first X-ray, the attendant was telling me to bite on something while making sure that my chin touched the plate. The gap between the plate and what I was supposed to bite was evidently to wide. I had to point out several times to the attendant and I finally had to ask her to adjust for me as what she was asking me to do was physically impossible. On this same instance, the device was set so high I had to tiptoe for the duration of X-ray. 2. Today, the X-ray had to be taken twice because they forgot to put the film on the first try. 3. While cleaning, the attendant rested the vaccuum tube on my injured tooth. That should not have been the done. 4. My teeth cleaning took less than 10 minutes but I was asked to come back 6 months later. Most of the other clinics I go to would tell me that there really isn’t much to clean with my teeth and say that there is no need for half yearly visits. It makes me feel that this clinic is just out to do business.

Gave Dr. Michael a challenge as I had not been to the dentist in 3 years. He was patient in explaining to me what he was doing and did not rush my appointment. His calm demeanour makes you feel that you are in good hands.

I've used this clinic over the past few years, always fine, but a recent interaction was not great. A Dr Tan saw my daughter for a cleaning for her teeth. He barely took 15 minutes to clean her teeth. Barely. I asked if something was wrong and all ok? He said no and that he would let me know. I subsequently called the clinic and this is what they tell me. We booked a cleaning appointment and if we needed a consultation,I would need to come back and ask for a consultation. In all my years in Singapore, this is the first I've dealt with such a situation. Prior interactions with dentists at this clinic have been fine. They take the time to clean her teeth, and explain flossing, and anything else that needs explaining. I would avoid Dr Tan.

I’m one of those people that dreads going to the dentist. But Dr Michael is one of the good ones that make the scaling experience tolerable. I’ve been seeing him every 6 months for many years. It’s as painless as scaling can be. And being at Kallang Leisure Park is great. Parking is plentiful. And no need to navigate big crowd.
