Got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Tay and it was super pain-free and no swelling! Very friendly staff and excellent service, thank you!! :)

I went to Q&M Dental Centre in Hougang Central earlier and I just want to share how awesome the staff are starting with the receptionist named Nancy. She was really kind and polite. Although I cannot see her entire face because of the mask but I can feel her sincerity all throughout our interaction. And now we go to the highlight of my experience which started by the time I met Dr. PEGGY CHAN. She was really nice, knows how to handle her patient really well, and the way she talks made me feel soooo comfortable. The procedure went well and all I can say is that I will definitely come back to her for all my dental needs. She's a kind of doctor who REALLY CARES about the well being of her patients. I couldn't thank her enough for the world class customer service that I received. I would also like to commend those two ladies who assisted during entire process. Kudos to this AWESOME Team... Great experience. From Ms sofia and Ms Mary Ann they are very accommodating and friendly together with the Dr Tay Eu Jin and his dental assistant. They are all so considerate and makes sure that the patient is comfortable. Would definitely refer to my friends.

Went to Q and M Dental Group Bugis Branch on 15/03/2022 for my very first teeth whitening experience. Thanks to Dr. Tay Eu Jin who performed the procedure, he’s very attentive and explains the procedure clearly and he also ensures me that the procedure is painless. Special thanks to Ms. Mary Ann who helped me booked my appointment and for answering all my queries. Kudos to the whole staff who’s very friendly and accommodating and very professional. Will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends.

I have come here 4 times and am a regular patient of Dr Tay. He is indeed one of the best out there. The thoroughness and attention to details really left me smiling wide :) One of the better clinics around with prompt timing and staff are very friendly and helpful. As I needed to make a last minute change, they helped me swap a timing with another patient. Very very efficient and ultra helpful. Kudos to the team working here ??

The most accommodating and friendly dental centre that I’ve been. All of the employees helped me out on how to fix my dental issue on the same day that I called. Last patient today. Called in because while I was having dinner, I bit on a bone and impacted my tooth. Tooth felt shaky and I was really anxious to get medical advice. Especially because I chipped a tooth before for the same reason and was afraid of losing this tooth. Called my usual clinics but they were fully booked and would not accept walk-ins. I was feeling very distraught about my condition. To my relief, when I called in (by chance), the clinic accepted me even though they were closing up. Feel really bad about making the doctors and nurses wait because of the downpour but I am super grateful to them!! Dr Tay Eu Jin is one of the best dentists I’ve seen (not exaggerating & I’ve been to many) It’s really kind of them to still accept me as a patient despite them closing up. He was very detailed in his explanation and also very comforting. He was able to figure out what was wrong with my tooth and also took his time to explain to me what was going on despite it being late. Truly grateful to the team and I would recommend him!!! When I stumbled across the clinic, I wasn’t expecting much but the patient care here is superb! These days, it’s quite hard finding empathetic medical professionals so it’s a blessing to stumble across them.

The staff here were terrifically helpful to us in a recent trip. They were able to supply some dental wax to ease discomfort. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. A bit tucked away though. Just behind the (very helpful) information counter on Level 1 and near a Watson's chemist. Awesome. If you have found this review helpful, please like it for me. Thankyou
