I visited Dr. Gordon’s clinic for a smile design consultation process. I was very pleased after my first visit as Dr. Gordon understood what areas of my smile I wanted to improve. He was upfront in letting me know what he could achieve for my teeth and the fees involved. Thus, I embarked on the smile redesign process with them. The procedures I did include: scaling and polishing, teeth whitening, gum recontour surgery, veneers and crowns, ... Dr. Gordon prides himself with use of modern dental equipment and because of that I didn’t feel any discomfort during my treatment process. He is definitely the most gentle and meticulous dentist I have ever encountered! Not to mention, Dr. Gordan is extremely skilled in dentistry. Visiting Dr. Gordan’s clinic each time feels like a home away from home. Dr. Gordon, his wife, Jamie, and his dental assistant, Serene, are very hospitable and friendly. They have redefined dental visits for me in a positive way. I would highly recommend their services!

Smile Design has become my go-to dentist in Singapore! I found them after reading great reviews here. I read that Dr. Gordon really goes the extra mile to explain every step and all alternatives for your dental work. I read that Jamie and the staff are all very friendly. I was expecting all of that already - but they still managed to exceed expectations. They really make going to the dentist an easy and pleasant experience. When I get there, I never have to wait and my appointment starts on time (unlike in 2 other clinics I tried). They find ways to work around your availability and make urgent dental work happen when needed. Highly recommend! See you at my next appointment, Dr. Gordon and Jamie! :-)

Dr Gordon Tam was very gentle and I felt no pain during my dental scaling and polishing. He was also very detailed in explaining my teeth condition and charges were reasonable as well.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit from start to end! Having visited other dental practices before I chanced upon Smile Design Dental Practice, I can say that this practice definitely stands out with its excellent service provided by all their super friendly staff and most apparently from the dentist I visited, Dr Gordon. Previously I would fear seeing a dentist even if it was just for cleaning, however, Dr Gordon was extremely gentle and meticulous when cleaning my teeth. I’m definitely staying here and seeing him as my regular dentist! Would highly recommend it to anyone who fears seeing a dentist too. Aside from Dr Gordon’s great dental skills, I really like the design of the clinic and the warm ambience it gives off - just adds on to the amazing experience I got there. Overall, very satisfied with my experience!!

A world class experience. Absolutely life changing. Stepping into the clinic for the first time, the beautiful interior design and dim lights had a calming effect on me. I was impressed by how high tech the place was, from a tiny device that could take pictures of the inside of my mouth to a HUGE microscope and a crown milling machine. They even had a snack bar and a COFFEE MACHINE!!! I had my teeth cleaned by Dr Gordon who was so gentle and efficient that I almost fell asleep. Throughout the entire procedure, he continuously reassured me and made sure that I was feeling okay. Having had scarring experiences of scaling and polishing at other dental clinics where I felt like my gums were being sliced, I was astonished at how painless the procedure was! Dr Gordon and his wife Jamie welcomed me like their own family and ensured that I was comfortable from the moment i entered the clinic, even making an effort to connect with me on a personal level! Once a chore, dental visits are now something I can certainly look forward to. Choosing Smile Design Dental Practice is a decision I will never regret. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is tired of unpleasant dental appointments and is looking for a change!

I’m always skeptic when I go visit a dentist due to my bad experiences before, but this time I’m happy that I found out this clinic. Dr. Gordon, Ms. Jamie and the staffs are so approachable. Dr. Gordon will discuss to you the things you need to have and explain thoroughly why you need it. He will also discuss upfront the pricing so you don’t have to worry about having hidden charges. Their clinic have great tools and equipments. Thank you Dr. Gordon for taking care of my dental health!

My mum had a swollen half face on the late morning of 29 Sept, Sunday due to a toothache the night before. However, as it was a Sunday, most of the dental clinics were closed and eventually I chanced upon Smile Design Dental which was opened on a Sunday. Moreover, there will more than 30 5stars positive reviews on Google Maps reviews which influenced my decision to call them up. They were only opened for half a day on Sunday and when I called to enquire, it was already 12.30pm. I just called anyway to try my luck to see if they could accept last minute walk-in. Ms Jamie, who took my call told me they have a last patient for the day before they close but she will check with the doctor first. She called me back a minute later and said that they will attend to my mum. I was very relieved then. Thank you very much to Dr Gordon Tam, Ms Jamie and their assistant for staying beyond their working hours on a Sunday just to attend to my mum’s case. They are all very friendly and understanding. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my relatives and friends from hereon.

Best dental experience ever! I would highly recommend Dr Gordon to be your Dentist! He is the most caring and very professional doctor I ever encountered, he genuinely care about the patient well being and make sure everything is done properly. His service is really top notch. I have been to a few dental clinic, I was disappointed by how unprofessional they are. Some doctors that only care about how much money they will get out of you or overly charge you more than it should be as in taking x-ray which is not necessary required. Even so, they end up not doing a proper cleaning / scaling and resulting having sensentive tooth issue due to exerting too much force onto my teeth. Dr Gordon checked through my teeth properly and make sure that there are no further problems. After the whole process, he will advised me on how to take care of my teeth and recommend me what are the solution to keep my teeth in good shape. Overall , it was a great experience at Smile Design Dental !
