Throughout the consults leading up to the surgery, Dr Ow was extremely patient with our numerous questions and calmed our anxiety. A soft spoken doctor, he was always precise and clear in his explanations, going through each step of how the surgery would proceed. Despite our fears, my daughter and I were confident that the surgery would go well. He is a very caring doctor and contacted us personally during the recuperating period at home after discharge, to find out how my daughter was doing. Dr Ow is an excellent surgeon whom I would highly recommend.

However, after my consult with Dr Ow, I found him to be very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt very comfortable discussing my situation with him. During my treatment, 3 things about Dr Ow stood out for me: 1) He was efficient and I felt no pain (most important). 2) He voiced his actions to prepare me which put my mind at ease.
