★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviewer Rachel Oh must have experienced a different paediatric dentist because Dr Ong has good rapport with my children and the whole experience has always been very child-friendly.
All my children (including my daughter who has Asperger’s syndrome) see Dr Ong. She is patient and always explains to them (& me) what she’s doing. Thanks to her expert skills, all their dental procedures had always been painless. They all enjoy going to the dentist.
When they were younger, they also enjoyed playing with the various toys at the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ong is VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING despite me speaking and asking questions so politely many instances and attempting to relax the conversations. And her fees are exorbitant, but that aside, with her attitude I’m considering other clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Han and the rest of the lovely professionals made the whole experience for my daughter such a BREEZE. They are professionals yes, but they made you feel right at home safe and secure. Dr Han patiently guided my daughter the right way to brush her teeth, and uses positive words that helped calmed her. They managed children incredibly well and empathetic. I wished they treated adults too!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ong is very professional and good with my lil girl.
My lil girl is a very difficult toddler to start off with but Dr Ong was able to refill 2 cavities for her without any form of struggle from the girl. I am really impressed with Dr Ong.
Dr Ong was also generous with sharing of oral hygiene.
All in all she makes you feel at ease and we will see her in 6 months time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ong is an angel! She is so gentle and friendly with our children. Best kids dentist ever! Strongly recommended. Make sure to book ahead of time. Her appointment get filled fast. Great office with kids friendly toys and movies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Dr Ong and her 100% child-friendly clinic and demeanor. My daughter went to the clinic for the first time and ran in, drawn in by the brightly-lit room, colors and clean toys. She sat in the room as Cocomelon played in the background, and the entire experience was very fun for her. She even let Dr Ong clean her teeth for almost 10 minutes, which was a feat for my child. Highly recommend Dr Ong and her clinic to you and your child. Warning: she is booked on weekends all the way through the next 18 months, so good luck in finding a slot! I see this as a testament to her greatness in this space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my kids to a few dentists before but find them unsuitable. I was referred by a pediatrician to Doctor Ong.
Doctor Ong has been our kids’ dentist for 4 years. She is very experience and gives useful and truthful advise, advise that is best for the kids well being. Doctor Ong is gentle and caring to kids. She is very patient with kids and shows concern to kids feelings.
I wish her success in her health and career so she stays as long as possible in this industry.
