โ โ โ โ โ I had an excellent experience this morning at SmileFocus. Everyone I encountered here was professional and friendly. The exam and cleaning went smoothly and the dentist was very informative. I actually look forward to my next visit; which I have never said before about going to the dentist.
*I have insurance that the office directly bills, so I canโt speak to that side of things at this time.

โ โ โ โ โ Dokter Jonathan Luke was my dentist while working in Singapore. I can highly recommend him as the best dentist I have seen. Usually going to the dentist is painful for me as I have sensitive teeth but Dokter Jonathans check up and treatment were painless. Really struggling to find a dentist of the same quality in our new location

โ โ โ โ โ I have been visiting Dr Brendan Gin from Smilefocus in Singapore since late 2019 for my dental work. I liked the way that he explained to me the future plans for my dental works and was very patient with me. He goes the extra mile to explain what he is about to do and what I would expect during the procedure which really helps. I went through 2 root canals and crown installations without feeling any pain or discomfort.
The counter staff are also awesome during both face to face visit or telephone calls. Always smiling and going the extra mile to assist.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a very good dental practice. They are efficient and nice. They've been very patient with my young children, who go to Dr. Teodora Kent. I use Dr. Jonathan Luke, and he's excellent, have gotten all good work from him. They're also good at dealing with insurance, which is a rarity in Singapore.

โ โ โ โ โ A very horrid experience I had with Dr Pauline. She is a very inexperienced dentist and should not be able to treat children. She being the dentist kept asking me what I wanted to do and even though she took so many x-ray and saw my 5 year old daughter was in so much pain due to an infection instead of giving her antibiotics to treat the infection then treat the tooth she adviced to pull out the infected tooth under local anaesthesia. My girl was in so much pain she screamed the whole clinic down and thank God I left the horrible Smilefocus clinic. I sought 2 other pedodontist and both were professional enough to call out that Dr Pauline made a wrong call. Don't put your beloved child at risk and so much pain. PM me if you need a good pedodontist, I found one and he resolved it perfectly. Horrible dentist Dr Pauline. Total nightmare as a parent to have met her.

When I met Dr Loo on 24-Nov (due to severe pain caused by my wisdom tooth) he explained very clearly to me (by displaying my dental X-ray) that my third molar tooth extraction required a slightly complex surgical extraction.
I am so glad I decided to go-ahead with the surgery to remove both of my third molar teeth (wisdom) on 26-Nov-21.
Dr Loo was friendly, honest, compassionate and made the entire extraction completely painless. His team of 2 nurses were kind, supportive and extremely helpful throughout my procedure.
I feel almost no pain even 48 hours after the surgery (touchwood).
Many thanks to Dr. Loo and his team for making the entire procedure smooth, painless and displaying remarkable professionalism.
Also, my thanks to Andrew Jeevan (Patient Care Coordinator) for helping to schedule my surgery quickly and answering all my queries patiently.
