★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lim (aka Dr Friendly) is the best. The receptionist was friendly and was able to squeeze us in even though we called in the morning for an appointment. The clinic is very clean and it has a range of toys, movies, books and Xbox for children to feel at ease.
Dr Lim is very gentle and it doesn’t hurt at all when he does our teeth cleaning. When my child came in for his first teeth cleaning with him, Dr Friendly made him feel at ease and was able to make him enjoy his dental check up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very friendly and cosy environment. Dr. Poh Yu Jin is simply amazing! Both me and my wife, Rose had our root canal done by him. Minimal ‘pain’ and suffering? and we recovered well. Highly recommended! Also, special thanks to Ms Aarila Ho. She is always warm and friendly. Thank you all at T32 Dental Centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ja Intarasoot was oblivious and insensitive to a 4 year old who was in discomfort. Dr Ja was rough and forced open her mouth when she was clearly in pain. After 4 to 5 cries, Dr Ja realised that she was pushing against an ulcer. She was not apologetic and was denying her actions. Dr Ja told us to visit another dentist since our daughter was not comfortable with her. 'Manager' was insensitive and wanted to charge us for the 5 minutes horror consult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Dr Ja Intarasoot and I would say it is the worst experience ever, something I wish no parent or child should go through. My 5 yr old child has always been cooperative with any dental procedures. With much prep talk to get her to try this new clinic, I did not expect the experience with a so called pediatric dentist to be so unpleasant. Firstly, the doc forcefully opened my child's mouth when my child clearly showed discomfort. Next, I suggested using TV to distract her but doc ignored me. Lastly, the doctor said to me, "your child don't like me, it is best for you to see another doc." So I was asked to leave. There is zero effort to build a rapport with a young patient , zero effort to calm a child down, zero professionalism at all. I would give zero star if there is an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited T32 and saw Dr Leo to do teeth whitening. He was very attentive and meticulous during the initial examination and cleaning, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout and that the sensitivity I experienced during the cycles of whitening was still bearable. Patiently answered all the questions I asked and also offered a blanket since it was a relatively long procedure. Overall the procedure went well with some slightly discomfort in sensitivity of teeth but still bearable and teeth are significantly whiter. Happy with the results and overall experience ??
