Specialist was very calming, professional and consistent in his approach for my treatment and surgery. Even though I was blindfolded during the wisdom tooth extraction, his description of the entire process helped me to "see" and understand what was going on. I strongly recommend this dental clinic for anything that ails your teeth. 10/10 experience.

The Smilepoint dental team is always friendly and willing to schedule or move an appointment whenever I had a last minute pop up. The dentists are great and always check back to ensure that they have provided excellent service tailored to my needs. They also give thoughtful advices on how to manage your oral hygiene. Would definitely recommend my family and friends to visit here for their oral hygiene needs.

I have to say my whole experience throughout my braces journey was so enjoyable and stress-free! Dr Ng was extremely patient and meticulous when she examined my teeth during each dental appointment and I took of my braces without ANY extractions ? Thank you so much for such a pleasant dental experience! Highly recommend!

Did my Braces appointment here for the past 2/3 years and i didnt have any problems. Everything went smoothly and great. My Dentist Knowledge is great and knows how to straighten my teeth in a few months! Love it!

I've been a client here for over 2 years and at the start, had a good impression of the dentist and services here. but 2 years in, and having almost completed my braces treatment, I'd honestly say they don't value your time and loyalty. At the start I've recommended a couple of people to the dentist, but absolutely wouldn't do it again. Things like changing my appointment time without telling me in advance, only for me to find out when receiving my appointment reminder, or booking an appointment for 1.40pm and the dentist showing up at 1.39pm at the door, while I only get to attend my appointment at 2pm, with no apology, and for the dentist to tell me "next time don't come on Saturday lah", or things like "we're just too busy on Saturday, make sure you always leave a buffer", but no-one has ever told me that before when I booked my appointment. I would have been fine with an honest I'm sorry I came in late, or my appointment overran, but nothing of the sort. Then telling me to book my braces removal on a weekday, which I agreed to and saying I've to come back the next day to collect my cast, but not booking in a time for me and expecting me to only book a time on the day of removal - these are all little inconsiderate things of their patient. Worse still, when I was leaving the dentist, she said "aiya you're too busy lah" - yes, I am, I actually have a life outside of planning around the dentist and am a person who honours plans made. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who values their time, or anyone who places importance on a good customer experience.

Did my braces here for the last 2 years, fast appointment schedule with helpful staff. Dentists were all very friendly and approachable, and they were understanding and caring. Not intimidating at all and they are accommodating to any requests that I had. Highly recommended for the pleasant experience!!
