★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have serious gag reflex and it has been a hard journey to find a good dentist that can reduce the reaction during dental. Many doesn't understand and ended up fighting with it or gave up halfway.
There's only two dentists who have been able to manage the gag reflex perfectly. One of them is Dr Lee Leing! She will always ensure you are not in discomfort and treat your oral with utmost care. She literally "saved" my life in one of the worst toothache few years back with a few dentists deciding not to proceed further while I'm still in pain! Have seen her for years since her Raffles time and highly recommend her!
Second is Dr Elfreda Bawole who is patience and gentle on my oral! She is willing to listen and experiment to ensure my gag reflex is kept to minimum.. almost non existence! She did a surgical wisdom tooth extraction without full anesthesia which I was once told I have to due to the reflex and difficulty to access the tooth! Highly recommend her!
