Q & M Dental Surgery (Holland Village MRT)

Had my wisdom extraction done on 3rd April 2019. A well welcome from the dental assistant and professionalism from the dr. Thank you Dr Peggy Lee for your great service! Will definitely come back for the cleaning and polishing.

Staff and Dr Wan really made the visit a pleasant one. Counter staff was friendly and polite. Dr Wan was very professional at what she does, highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a dentist. She's patient and polite towards the patient and make sure that the pain is minimal. Thank you for the experience!

Terrible service, I called to check the available slots and was told to come down at 730, in the end I need to wait for more than an hour, the front desk girl service is really a disaster

Beware of Dr Teo Yoke Teng Went for a routine scaling and polishing and was told I have severe tooth decay and need 7 fillings! I’ve only ever needed to have one filling done in my whole life and all of a sudden I need 7? I asked her to show me the decay and conveniently she said they were all located on the upper teeth so she couldn’t show me. Told her I would like to get a second opinion but she tried to hard-sell and scare me and said that I should do 4 fillings today so that I only need to pay consultation one more time to do the remaining 3 (as opposed to coming back to do it and having to pay a third consultation). Agreed to do one filling, and it was done so badly! When I floss that area the gap feels jagged and uneven and looks greyish after she did the filling. Went to another dentist for second opinion and she said my oral hygiene is VERY GOOD and no decay at all. Have heard this a second time from a different dentist during my next dental check up 6 months later. Dental scams are real.

I have been under the guidance and care of Dr Teo for the past 2 years and she has always been gentle and patient when cleaning my teeth. She is sincere and makes it easier for patients to understand about their teeth problems. In my recent visit, she has remarked that my dental health has seen some improvement. Thank you Dr Teo!

I have been with Dr. Teo Yoke Teng at this branch for maybe 7 years now. I have been very happy with the services rendered and feel very comfortable with the team. I do get rather tensed up for each dental appointment however I know I am in good hands. Thank you and keep up with the good work.

Made a call to check if they accept walk-in. They replied yes and tell me to come down at 730. When I reached, I were made to wait an hour because there are appointments set on 730 and 8 respectively. If that so, why tell me to come down at 730 when I can come down at 830 instead?

I went to the Holland V branch to get my scaling and polishing done. Dr Teo did a remarkable job cleaning my teeth. She was very gentle and careful, so as not to inflict pain. I was happy with the outcome. Definitely will recommend her services to others!
