★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Sng and Yao Sheng are very professional and most importantly, he never anyhow charge. Some workshops that I go to, will anyhow charge or change parts which are not faulty. For Mr Sng and Yao Sheng, their repair was fast and efficient. Will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Better to head elsewhwere, never have i seen admin/office staff who are not interested in helping out potential customers. Unproffessional and bochap service. I do not know about the engineering side.. the mechanics and etc.. this review is strictly meant for the office staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, place. The lady attending to us is rude and the tone she speak is like she doesn't want to be there at this place. Despite not be able to fix our car. They Chuck in at the carpark for 3months minimum with no repair done at all or feedback. Only after I complain to insurance company do they bother to reply with no work done. In the end have to go to another workshop who did a fantastic job within no time. Horrible place n service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am very impressed by their service standards... met the young Mr Sng who did the spray paint job. He would personally check the outcome. I thought it looks fine but he felt no good and asked for another day to re-do it.
Also, the other young man, Yao Sheng... he has been very helpful and responsive. When my car is uncommon in SG, he would help me find the spare parts and got it repair.
Really satisfied and pleased with their service.
Trustworthy and reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressive of this lady Joyce Tan. When I went down to make an accident report, I was still negotiating for the private settlement. Joyce kindly offered the help to make the report first without actually submitting it and saved me an extra trip to make the report again in case my private negotiations didn’t go through.
Such a considerate customer service!
