I have sent my Qashqai to Bukit Timah and Leng Kee workshop for the past 4 years and also take up the NPMP. However I was always left with disappointment after each servicing and repair. For all the feedback provided during servicing and survey, I do not get an answer why my Qashqai have 2 times Piston Assy failure, 2 times Air Con failure and 1 time Head Unit failure. Even the last replacement of the Piston Assy and Head Unit is chargeable and cost me over $1K. The last repair for the air con on 29 Nov only last me for 2 days before squeaking sound was heard and eventually gas leaked after leaving for 3 days due to traveling. The recent visit to Lok Yang service centre in the early morning given me some hope. I met up with Mr. Louis Kee who has in-depth knowledge of Nissan cars and he is so experienced that he is able diagnose the actual air con problem by understanding the symptoms that I described and listening to the usual sound from the car. For the 1st time, I give a thumbs up to Nissan Service and will go back to Lok Yang service centre for my future maintenance, despite having to travel from East to West of Singapore.
