And they even have my records from more than 10 yrs ago!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and insensitive sales assistant. I enquire to a lady through the phone about a special contact lens due to my mother's condition. Before I could explain further to make her understand my mom's condition, she blurted out "just use ___ lor.", a couple of times. It's very annoying. Then, when she found out that my mom's condition is very different from her experiences, she asked me to take a picture of my mom's eyes so that she could share around. I understand maybe her motive of "sharing" is to find the special contact lens, but i don't think it's necessary, because why would i want to expose my mom's condition to the public, although it's just a pair of eyes. Very insensitive.
