A	Andy Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As long as you are on wheelchair, or is a senior, or better yet both, YOU CAN JUMP QUEUE HERE... no need to wait. .they cut your hair first.. SO HURRY... ALL Seniors citizens and handicapped , this is the place to go for haircut.... Even if there are 10 people in front of you... dont worry, they will cut your hair first.. and for those waiting... dun fret too! they will tell you its only for a little while and a short wait only....Yes, first hand experience.. .waitied well over half and hour only for that to happen...

C	Chew Gum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait one full hour for a 5 mins haircut. They let people they know jump the queue as others have mentioned. And when they finally let you in, they do a terrible job just to get you out as soon as possible.
d	daniel fan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salon did not bother clearing any queues. Staff just did the treatment and kept the cutting hair queue untouched. Did not even assign a single staff for cutting hair, but yet allowed customer to wait and queue. Yes, the service is indeed cheap but to cut hair as and when the staff pleases, is really outright ridiculous. Hope to see more ppl boycotting the salon to show Snip avenue that it's not right to treat your customers this way. At the very least, assign a single staff to clear the queue. Long wait is fine, but to do it as and when the staff feels like it is unacceptable.
A	Alazmar Exo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're a guy and you want a haircut. It'll take you a good 1.5 hours for a simple 5-10 min cuts. The queue system is simply atrocious, they allow their regular customers to cut the queue or simply women. I've been in the queue for 1 hour 10 mins as of rn and I've seen 4 women (customers) enter the shop without queuing. The poor guys including me had to wait outside for a long period of time. I get that you want to increase your profits but where's the equality at? Even if they paid for hair treatment, they shouldn't be given special priority. I've went to this salon a few times in the past 1 week and the same situation kept on happening again and again Edit: 5 women have entered the shop without queuing and I'm still waiting for my turn
J	Jia Wei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad. Don’t bother coming here. Waited for 2 hours and left without any haircut due to how slow they were moving. And oh, they prioritise those that are doing treatment so if you’re just there for a haircut , don’t even bother to go. And just like what the others have said, you’ll see people cutting queue despite waited for hours…the store have around 8 seats but only 3 hairdresser and all of them only focus on those that are doing hair treatment and no one bother with those that want to have a haircut. They’ll only allow those that want to have a haircut after the treatments are done. Which shows how poor their manpower allocation as there isn’t a need for all of the hairdresser to focus on doing the treatments
