★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the fried fish bee hoon to takeaway. Fried fish flour is so much thicker than the fish...could hardly taste the fish. Order taker is inflexible with the choice of type of noodles. She said since I ordered through app I cannot choose the type of noodle. Don't think I will order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude sour-faced girl at the counter at Punggol Plaza Koufu:. Unwilling to take order as she was still staring at her handphone when I was standing right in front of her. Food tasted bland. Rude reply when I asked for chilli. She said 自己拿 but didn’t point out where the chilli was as it was kept inside previously. I asked a 2nd time and she impatiently repeated the same thing. One of the worst service I have ever encountered. Not even deserving of 1 star. Never going to patronise the place again.
