A	Aqib Muhaimin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO JOKE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The hairdresser only attend to those who doing bonding, perming and all. Those that want to cut their hair must wait for 1 hr or more. Plus the lady at the cashier counter still can do nothing. Just sit there and act blur. Act like theres no people waiting for their hair to get cut. Yes, the haircutting is cheap but not the best customer service u will ever get. And they are lacking of manpower. Will never ever visit this shop again.
L	Lathika L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible place I have been to . Worst customer service.. the lady who attended to me . Her name was Joey.. She was clearly in a rush ... Her fingernails were so sharp that I had to say 'ouch' loudly while she was washing my hair in a rush ... Her colleague showed her to a packet of food while she was drying my hair ... So she began to quickly dry my hair without being gentle... I got so annoyed ... I almost wanted to stop her and walk off ... I am never going there again! My first and last time there!!

Ask them to cut a little shorter and she would just say...already so short... Sweep your neck, take off the apron, ask u to pay. After my helper had her haircut, I decided not having mine cut by such attitude.
t	teo JL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a hair cut for $3.80. Worst experience ever. No business ethics. Tried to convince me to have a hair wash but I refused. Keep complaining my hair is oily and affect her scissors! I end up with a uneven cut and went to next door Muslim barber.

Although hair stylist offer to rectify, I just don't trust her ability and running short or time. 2. Hair trim to Bob style. Keep adjusting and adjusting. Didn't even notice right and left side is slightly different length. 3. Hair colour price 75. Hair cut 3.90. Although price is reasonable, will not go back.
Y	Yazz Ajit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my son went for a hair cut. Was told by the staff we got to wait for about 20 minutes as one just went for lunch and the rest was busy. I said fine we waited patiently for more than 30 minutes than came a couple wanted to colour their hair. To my surprised immediately they were attended to. Why was there a double standard! Is it because our hair cut cost you $4.80x2 whereas the couple cost more? Snip Avenue I was a regular there and this is what I get with my 7 year old son some more. Thank you so much for your service and I hope you prosper more.

Extremely short handed & very bad customer service. queued you for 1 hr, only for the stylist to go on a “40 minute break”… and when you ask if u can go to the toilet during the “40 min break”, they will tell u to re-queue??? This has happened more than once and it is extremely disappointing.

Had a voucher expiring the same day and I told her I am willing to queue and wait - 4 guys sitting in the queue ahead of me. She just raised her voice and exclaim impatiently : you need to wait 2 hours. Today, no chance to do! She didn't even bother to offer any alternative but a straight slapped NO and GO Away! Not a hint of apologetic sensed. What hair services can the 4 guys do that could take more than 2hours? The service at this outlet is horrible. No way near another outlet 500m away!
