★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only had a hair cut at the Salon. Hair was snipped off with no care. My hair looks terrible after cut. No thought was put into the cut at all. Will not go back for a hair cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner seems very sian and reluctant to do my hair. Anw most of the stuffs were done by the assistant who doesn't have much skills. It is cheaper than salons out there but it wasn't worth it for me. I had to go to another salon to color correct my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The digital perm was very badly done. My hair turned very dry and the curls were almost non-existent. Hair washing became a nightmare as it was a tangled mess and when dried, a frizzy mess.
Went to 2 different stylists to have them snip off the ends and both commented that my hair was clearly over-processed.
This seems to be due to insufficient skills and knowledge, either on how the equipment is to be optimally used or how to assess hair quality to see if it’s suitable for a perm.
Big disappointment as there was also no accountability afterwards.
I kept my hair long for this perm and now the only way to rid the damage is to snip it all off.
I would never return as I have no confidence in Winn.
Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was contemplating what i should do to my hair. Win advise for a volume rebonding and i did just that. Results turned out amazing and ive been with her for more than 10 yrs now, before she even shifted to her current place! Other days, i'll drop by to do fringe rebonding. Price is worth it and considering im staying nearby. Permed with her before too a few years back, and it was amazing! My curls stayed for about a year. Thanks win!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked with the intention of doing C curl but decided to do that Korean rebonding C Curl messy kind of look and Win made that happen! Im so happy with the result! Price is also reasonable! I would have paid more if I had done it outside. Win is very nice and friendly. Her place is very very clean. Going to book for hair colouring soon!
