i‘ don’t think my hairstylist rly know what i wanted even though i shared with him the video and pictures of how it should look like. that would be okay if he just be honest with me but he insisted he knew and i ended up not being satisfied with my hair. the scalp massage was also done very rough and tough manner it was painful.

Dave was very friendly and professional. I have very wavy and curly hair and he knew exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job. Thank you for your good work. Will definitely be back!!

Worst experience. Don’t bother to book senior stylist. She’s a mess and didn’t like the way she handled my hair. My hair got completely damaged after getting colouring treatment from this salon. And they charged 300+. Not worth it.

Paid $42 for a male senior stylist to cut my son’s hair. Showed photos and explained the style we wanted. He said he understood and suggested some minor changes. We declined and said to follow the style we wanted. In the end he still went ahead to cut the way he wanted. We were very upset and disappointed. We previously visited on Thursday but the senior stylist was not at work. When we turned to leave, a lady said rudely and loudly “next time call first before you come lah!” Should have taken that as a cue that customer service was bad and should never have bothered to return.

Thank you to Deef and Joyce (I think?) for cutting my sister's and my hair! The experience was pleasant and both of us was very satisfied with our hair. I liked that the end result was very close to the reference pictures I gave :)

It is my 1st time there. Did haircut, wash n blow. Service was efficient as there weren’t a lot of people at the salon. Hairstylist Joyce did a great job for my haircut. I felt that my hair is more neat now than before. Will definitely make a come back. Thank you Joyce.

Bought the Trend Perm + Haircut + Treatment e-voucher from their online store. Went in store and was told I can't perm it because my hair is dyed. And then she said if she perms it my hair will be dry. My hair is not even that dyed or dry and I have done perms before. Then she said she would do some big wave curls. I sat there for 3 hours plus, only to come out looking pretty much the same. Imagine paying $140+ for a perm to look just the same. I find that there's a fine line with providing professional advice on your hair, but at the end of the day it's the customer who is paying for the services at the end of the day. Highly unrecommended. Don't bother wasting your money here. You're better off spending your money at other salons, who will offer advice but still care what you think.

Very friendly stylists! Hanh was very knowledgeable and patient when it came to advising and managing expectations before we began. Throughout my 5 hours or so there, she was pleasant and skillful. The prices are definitely worth it for the service and skill of the stylists here. Would definitely be a returning customer:)
