★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both the staff, Zavier and Calvin, are not only nice to their customers, but they are also very knowledgeable when it comes to fixies and are able to build one from scratch in less than 30 minutes! The service they provide is of a high standard and they even offer tips on how to ride a fixed gear bike for starters. Do not hesitate to approach them for help and if you need a bike, look no further!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and quick service, I gave my cycle for servicing and they did a extremely good work, cycle running very smooth now.
Another day I needed an urgent repair to my broken gear and contacted them they went out of the way and waited for me until 9 PM for me to get cycle towed to the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They installed my inner tube wrongly (angled valve) leading to it getting damaged just a week after the fix. They have very anti-customer friendly policies and wouldn't care to look at the problem and charge a fee for diagnosis but threaten to charge me for the full installation of a new part. Overall it wasn't an experience to speak about, this shop exists only because of their locational advantage and no other competition in the vicinity.
Bicycle shops should focus on good service and customer handling because any customer would be generally long term/repeat one but this one was totally opposite.
Service - average
Customer handling - poor
Pricing - decent but on the higher side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricing is way too overpriced, bought the same front light at another place for 28$ while they sell for $45, same goes to back light, they sell $45 when I bought it for 12$. They are very rude and unprofessional who shouts at other people when riding their fixies. They are also racist, one time, my malay friends came to the store and they kicked them out. During their grand opening, Zavier said if a malay wins the game of bike, the malay will not thank Zavier, they will thank Allah, and continued making fun of them and making disturbing scenarios of the malay culture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mechanics in this bike shop are really friendly and helpful, gives tips about how to maintain bikes and recommend good parts. Prices here are reasonable plus the servicing here is a 10/10. Would recommend anyone to come here to purchase fixed gear bicycles. Foldable bikes are also in stock, good for people who like to chill ride around PCNs.
