β β β β β Need any honest opinions, they will help you to save $$$. Not like other bike shops always trying to sell you the most expensive parts which you may not need.

β β β β β Been visiting Bike Labz for my bike fit for the last three years for 3 bikes. Very reasonable priced and friendly service. Ryan is the person who will do the fitting. I like it that he doesnβt promote any products or try to upsell anything. Very professional.

β β β β β Take note: This is no average bike shop. It won't accomodate to repair "Cheap Bikes" - Only High Ends.
Waste my time and effort. Tried to call the no. earlier today and the line was busy more than twice. I made a trip with 20mins hoping to get my "Cheap bikes" tube fixed. Reached and to only be turned down and owner only said "We only do for High End".
Take down the "Bike Repair" or state "Repair High End Only". False advertising, not specific.

β β β β β This is a great bike shop -the guys are humble and genuine. Got a professional fitting and Ryan was terrific, took the time to go through a lot of detail in the assessment, measurement, pedal analysis and adjustments to my Canyon Aeroad. Highly recommended. Admittedly a bit tricky to find, head out the back where the trucks deliver.

β β β β β This shop was recommended to me by the kind lady at the Shimano museum when I was looking for a bike fitting. But unfortunately they seem to be slow and unresponsive as it took them over 4 days to reply to a What's app - which is highlighted prominently as a contact method on their site. The reply given also didn't make sense "we don't have stems or handle bars for Canyon bikes" when most bikes use standardised components. After this experience I'll be going elsewhere for the fitting.
EDIT: Update based on 'Response from owner' I just got a stem from my local bike shop, it's a standard part nothing special not 'rare or costly' about it according to them and should be in stock everywhere.

β β β β β It's a nice place, with convenient and easy access. The service centre is open. Shifted here at KB-1 Kaki Bukit since 2 April 2018. Call, email or message for an appointment. Get a full service for your racing bicycle. Get a bike fit done by one of the best with a few systems in store such as Shimano to get you fitted right. The culture of the business is like a cycling club where they help customers get up to speed with the lastest products and best practices. You will find many Triathlon and Road Racing bicycles being serviced and packed for overseas leisure and race events. You will find replacement is still provided for punctured 26 inch Schrader valve tubes for commute bikes, at a reasonable price, a favourite of workers in the area.

β β β β β Had 3-4 bike fits with Ryan for years now. Trusted and reliable. Helped me with a UCI TT fitting and also clear adjustment. Would definitely recommend
