★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appointment booking experience was not too good due to communication breakdown between the staff. But on the day of consultation, they were all professional and polite.
However, I think the doctor could have been more patient. Remarks such as “ I am not sure what was communicated by your previous doctor as it seems I have to explain to you from the beginning’ is quite unnecessary and it discourages patients from asking questions. My last surgery was done about 6 years ago and I had forgotten much of the details, therefore need a recap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very positive experience with Dr Ong from pregnancy to delivery and post partum care. Dr Ong was gentle, patient and listened carefully to all our queries and concerns. She took the time to explain in detail, which helped to alleviate our fears! Front counter staff Sally and Vanessa were also very friendly and helpful, accommodating to our requests to the best of their ability. All have gone the extra mile and we cannot fully express our gratitude. Thank you very much Dr Ong, Sally and Vanessa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to confirm an appointment there. Dr. Clara Ong is friendly explaining the situation to me. However, I recommend other patients better prepare a list of questions before seeing Dr. Clara. My experience was Dr. Clara just elaborated what it is in short but didn't think a step further (like giving me suggestions) based on my medical history and family planning which already written on the referral letter actually. I also feel she focused more on generating more money from me by prescribing more medication and check ups. I realised that when I asked for a second opinion of my doctor friend. I think there are much better gynae in town than Dr. Clara at similar costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pregnancy journey with Dr Ong was great and smooth. She is very nice, whenever I visit her I feel so calm. She will slowly explained to me in chinese as my English was bad.?
Sally and Vanessa both of them are friendly and helpful. They will share with me about their experiences as well. That was 1 time that my shoe gave way, Sally was so helpful that she went to guardian to get a pair of sandals. I am thankful to all of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The impression Dr Clara Ong gave me was she is not keen on my business. Throughout the consultation, her look, the way she talked and explained to me all seems totally uninterested. She also asked me to do my Pap smear, which I did, and later realized that I have to go back for consultation again in order to get my result. I find it ridiculous, because I paid for the test and they could not give me my result and instead I have to pay for another consultation, which is $180 (more than 2 times of what other better private practitioner is charging) in order to retrieve my report. Initially the clinic told me the result will be out in 2 weeks time. I waited for 3 weeks and no call from them, they did not even bother to call me to inform about the result. I felt cheated and that the doctor is only keen on earning money and not genuine to help. It was my 1st time there and will also be my last.
I am writing this review to caution anyone who is thinking of visiting this clinic. There are better doctors out there who do not rip you off and is genuine to help. This clinic is overpriced and overrated.
