A very cozy space and feel comfortable too! I went for individual sessions as well and it has helped me a lot and gain more understanding about myself. The therapist are really nice ans patient as well!

I found the session to be insightful and eye-opening and it allowed me to understand about my friends more. The therapy space was cosy and made for a safe and conducive environment. I've also attended individual art therapy sessions and would recommend it as a good medium for individual self-exploration and as a means to pursue personal and professional improvement.

The dialogue session is perfect for someone who would like to know more about Art Therapy and experience what Art Therapy is like. It definitely did help to clear up the common misconception that people tend to have about art therapy, and it allowed hands on participation as well. Their office space is cosy and makes one feel safe and welcomed! I definitely enjoyed my session there, and would recommend anyone interested in Art Therapy to give Solace a go!

The environment created by the Therapist was an extremely “safe” one, where my friends and I had no issues in being truthful to ourselves in-front of each other during the process of self-exploration. By the end of the session, I had quite a fair bit of insight into some of my subconscious thoughts, particularly my concerns. Everyone in the group enjoyed the process of self-exploration - in fact, I do vividly recall the group having tonnes of fun as we discovered things about each other that we didn’t know. I would highly recommend Solace to anyone who is seeking any form of help in trying to explore and improve themselves! Further, it must be said that the Therapists at Solace are extremely passionate about Art Therapy and helping individuals in their journey to living better.
