The staffs was very helpful and friendly, and the service was excellent. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my family and friends

Went here recently to consult the doctor and do scan. First of all I'm surprised that in this covid-19 situation, the clinic had no managing or control only few patient allowed to entry and stay in such a small space while waiting to be call, also no social distancing at all, this is the FIRST CLINIC IN SINGAPORE THAT I WENT WAS NOT NEEDED TO CONTROL THE NUMBER OF PATIENT ENTER AT ALL, IT SHOULD BE AUDIT BY THE AUTHORITIES! Waiting time was quite long and very slow, the doctor is very PROFIT DRIVEN, nurse is ok. Doctor advise me to take some chronic medication and supplement due to my report result, but I didn't because the cost of medication and supplement in this clinic was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I found out those meds actually can just simply to be found in those GP clinics, is more budget friendly, is the SAME BRAND NAME AND SAME MEDICATION! And supplements can be bought online. Why I'm writing this is because of your clinic improvement, become a doctor suppose to help people and do the best for your patients, not just focus on the money that you can earn. If you're going to this clinic, you'll know whether I said the truth or not.

I’ve called to make an appointment, given Covid no walk in appointment so kudos for ensuring safe distancing in the clinic. However, it went downhill from there. I specifically asked for a female doc and had described my medical situation while making the appointment. However when I arrived for my appointment, only the male doc was available and I was asked to come back 3.5hrs later. The female doc kindly provided her mobile no, so that she can advise me over the phone first. Very kind of her, but it is too little too late. Not only did the staff screw up the appointment in not taking note of the preference, she was not apologetic as well. So one star for the poor service, I cannot speak for the medical care since I did not manage to see one
