Do call to make a reservation in case but not really fully occupied and tables are well spaced. The staff at this branch were friendly and really attentive. They were always ready to refill soup or scoop out the floating oil. Ate the yuanyang pot drunken chicken and pork broth soup base (really good! p.s second soup base at half price). Kurobuta pork belly and prawn paste are highly recommended as well. Do note price is on the high side though.

I'm impressed to their dining set(steamboat dish) . When it comes in social style, I can count them as very high class restaurant. Celebrating early birthday gift for me. Thank you for assistance.

Yummy Food but Extremely Disappointing Service Had dinner here last Saturday 23 April 2022 and I have to say I received the worst service by one the waiters wearing a grey top with dyed short hair (could be the manager but not too sure). Didn't catch her name as there wasn't any name tag on her. While we were almost finishing up, we realised that we were still missing 1 dish, "Four Treasure Ball Platter" and we signed to that specific waiter that one of our dish is still missing. She evidently did not believe us and she went back to us to double confirm TWICE that the dish had not been served. I mean come on la based on the order list it was already shown that the dish has not been served (did not strike off) and she had the cheek to come back TWICE to double confirm with us. It was like she's looking down on us and think that we are trying to cheat them of 1 dish? What is $18 compared to the total bill of $200? As it was our first time visiting Imperial Treasure Steamboat, we wanted to sign up for the membership as well, however after this incident, we changed our mind. Other then this waiter, the other waiters were attentive and helpful. What a pity as the food was really good, better then BTIP/HDL but the disappointing service will deter us from coming back again. My 4th time to IT steamboat & first time to this outlet. Went there yesterday to use the 30% discount voucher from IT. Overall not bad but frankly, it’s quite pricey for steamboat. However you pay for quality, just look at the meat/fish balls, they are not frozen food. All in all, I prefer IT than Paradise Beauty Pot & HDL. For cheaper alternative, ShiLiFeng is not bad either.

Went to the restaurant accidentally. Went to meet some old colleagues for lunch at a restaurant next to Imperial. However that restaurant was closed for the fasting month. We then ended in Imperial. We were not keen on hotpot and had some zi char dishes with rice. Good service, good service. Meet expectations.

Ordered my favourite Drunken herbal chicken soup however I find it pretty different from the one I had at ION. Overall service was good. Very comfortable table pod.

Always enjoyed having steamboat at this outlet as Restaurant Manager Desmond and his team never fail to disappoint me with their superb service. Food has always been consistent as well.
