★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just warning for guitarists if you're buying guitar strings. The elixir strings sold are non genuine and Chinese counterfeits. I'm sure it's not their fault as they might not have known also. Hopefully they can fix this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my son's guitar restringed for a fee of $20, excluding guitar string cost of $14.50 = Total Cost $34.50. Only restring, never tune for you, totally off tune. Very expensive from my perspective, for the fee of $20, should they not at least do some basic tuning?
Sad. Seeing your response, now I know whoever who did it for me not only skip the tuning, but also skip the cleaning and oiling. Thanks for clarifying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced books.. One of the most expensive places to buy music books. Some are overpriced by at least 1.5x of the market rate. So sad that Yamaha moved out of SKCC and the Cristofori that replaced it has limited book supply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is very rude. I attended violin class here, one is very expensive and the teacher was very non cooperative. I am a beginner to violin and the teacher claims i play rubbish, of-course being a beginner how can you expect fluency and play like a professional? As a teacher patience is very important and this kind of behaviour is really disappointing. After the teacher knew i was discontinuing the next four classes were just an eyewash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have much to say about the school itself. However, Teacher Mabel has been a good piano teacher for my daughter. A few years back, my son had 3 different teachers and didn't experience piano lessons as good as hers.
