★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to enquire last Sunday afternoon on available classes and timings for English tuition but was met with the most unwilling and rude customer service at the Mavis counter. Didnt get the name though and it was a man at the desk. No smiles throughout and with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. Talked down to people and sounded so unwilling and unenthusiastic throughout the whole process. I firmly feel he needs a hard-core and intensive training on customer service, otherwise no one likes to talk or sign up with such a rude person over the counter. Was about to make Payment but decided against it in the end. Not willing to see such a person a very week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been happy with the level of service and professionalism displayed by the admin staff in Mavis Tutorial Centre at Compass One. The admin staffs have always without fail helped me and explain and guide me patiently and with clarity. They also answer my phone calls with patience and was very clear in their advice and some times provide additional pointers beyond what I ask.
The Chinese teacher also patiently give me quick feedback on my childrens’ progress whenever she finds it helpful after the lessons ended.
