Q on Monday morning was 25min but worth the wait. Mee pok was cooked just nice. Pork lark was well prepared and gave that extra taste. Portion of Noodle and chill padi was generous for the price of $3.50. Most importantly, the lady boss is one of the friendliest and most attentive hawker I have met. Patient despite the busyness. She gave every customer a tissue (wrap ard the chopstick) and make sure the spoon doesn't touch the tray. When she sees an elderly in the Q, she remembers their sequence and ask them to sit down first till their turn.

Notably the queue at this fishball minced meat noodle stall, esp during weekends! Having eaten their noodle for many years already. For many years their soup was made out from using its fishball water which was sweet but not so favourable. Upon the revamped plates collection started last year, somehow this owner has also improved their soup which is much most favourable, probably he has new recipe using pig bones or somethings else! There is another good stall opposite selling vegetarian beehoon. These 2 are must try !

Mixture of the sauce quantity and taste is well balanced. End of eat, you don't see much sauce or oil behind. Soup is tasty hence it explains why there are many soup orders instead or dry. Fishball and minced pork is great. I would prefer the fishcake texture to be similar to fishball. Will return to eat again.

The noodle is made tasty and smooth by the pork lard you can see them frying inside the stall. There is always a queue but worth the wait. Fish ball is al dente and fish cake is sliced thickly for one to enjoy it. We ordered three varieties, the signature fishball minced meat noodle, fish balls only and one signature noodle with no meat.

Apparently there's an unspoken rule that when the lights are off, it means there may not be enough fishballs for you. So continue queueing if you wanna gamble. I was ok without fishballs so I stayed in line. Stall Owner displayed another "fishballs sold out" sign just before my turn, but i still managed to get fishballs in my noodles! So maybe it's meant for ppl who were just joining the queue. Can approach the stall owner to clarify if you want, she's v friendly! Queued about 30 min with about 15 ppl ahead of me at the start, enjoyed my meal but don't think I would queue so long next time cuz by the time I brought my food to my table, my family finish eating alr lol.

Another stall that I’ve tried at Ang Mo Kio 628 market was this stall selling fishball minced meat noodle. I guess I was there kind of late. The fishball were already sold out and there were only minced pork and fishcake left. Continued to queue despite the stall owner came out to inform those who queued. There was about 3-5 pax in front of me, but the queue moved pretty fast. A bowl of noodle starts from SGD$3.50 onward. Have to say, the portion was very generous. Similar portion elsewhere would have easily cost me SGD$5. Noodle was nicely cooked, loved their pork lard. Overall, a above average bowl of fishball noodle.

Their standard of cooking the yellow noodle is on the Q side like not cooked to others. You can inform them you want the noodle to be soft a bit. overall this stall mined meat fish ball noodle is good. worth to try. Note need to Q.

Nice good Fishball Minced meat noodles. Noodles are well cooked combined nicely with the chilli and vinegar. Fishball texture is great. Generous amount of ingredients. Tasty flavourful soup, they place all ingredients in the soup, separating them from the noodles. Big crispy pieces of pork lards. Generous amount of ingredients. The queue can be abit long, but worth it. Friendly stall owner. Highly recommended, worth eating.
